1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, without needing to provide any reason.

Please note: The 14 day period starts from the day you received your order.
2. Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your purchase within the legal time frame, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), within 14 calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.
3. Returning the Products
You must send the items back to us within 14 calendar days from the day you notified us of your wish to cancel. The return address will be provided by email.
Return shipping costs:
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the product is defective or we state otherwise.
